Setting

Not all heroes are created equal, some may fly through the cosmos at will, defending galaxies from alternate-dimensional foes, while other may simply don a mask and defend the streets of their local neighborhood from the local crime boss. To reflect the different power levels of the characters, there are several settings to better balance your charter’s role in society.

While an alien invasion may suit a global setting, the urban hero may find just a few of the invading lackeys more than a handful, or the gang leader that has been terrorizing the locals would pose little to no significance to one who defends the Earth from a sun-devouring cosmic entity.
